How the practice is run.
Every Penthouse IV session is delivered by a licensed registered nurse operating under signed standing orders written and executed by Dr. Dalal. Protocols are reviewed by him before they are offered. Formulations, dose ranges, contraindications, and emergency procedures are documented and held to the standard of a physician’s own practice.
IV Direct P.C. is the clinical entity. Penthouse IV LLC handles operations, scheduling, and client experience. The separation exists because medicine is a physician’s responsibility, and that responsibility does not delegate to a brand.
